Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee products.
However, refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:

Incorrect items received

Damaged products upon delivery

Defective or compromised packaging

Missing items from an order
To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at coffee@tropicalbeanscoffee.com with:

A description of the issue

Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

Opened coffee products

Gift cards

Products marked as final sale

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations
​
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
